Small Batch Direct 3PL provides fulfillment, warehouse operations, inventory support, kitting, retail prep, integration support, shipment tracking, billing support, and related services for sellers and growing brands. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information and seller data in connection with those services.

Information We Collect

• Business contact information, such as name, company name, email address, phone number, and website.
• Seller account and integration information, such as storefront identifiers, marketplace account identifiers, authorization tokens, webhook data, and integration configuration.
• Order, inventory, and fulfillment information, such as order IDs, SKU details, item quantities, shipping method, tracking numbers, carrier information, inventory counts, and warehouse activity.
• Customer shipping information provided by sellers or connected sales channels, such as recipient name, shipping address, phone number, and delivery details needed to fulfill orders.
• Support, billing, technical, and operational records created while providing the service.

How We Use Information

• To provide 3PL fulfillment, receiving, storage, inventory, shipping, tracking, and related warehouse services.
• To import orders from authorized seller channels and sync fulfillment, tracking, and inventory updates back to those channels when enabled.
• To operate customer support, onboarding, account management, billing, audit, and service communications.
• To maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve our portal, integrations, automation workflows, and operational systems.
• To comply with contractual, legal, tax, accounting, security, and regulatory obligations.

Seller and Marketplace Data

Seller, order, inventory, shipment, and customer delivery data received through connected channels is used only to provide authorized fulfillment, warehouse, integration, support, billing, and operational services. We do not sell seller data or customer shipping data. We do not use marketplace data for unrelated advertising or resale.

TikTok Shop and Other Integrations

When a seller authorizes an integration such as Etsy, TikTok Shop, Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Faire, Walmart, OpenCart, PrestaShop, or a CSV/custom workflow, we process only the data needed to support that seller's fulfillment and inventory workflows. This may include order details, customer shipping information, SKUs, quantities, shipment tracking information, seller identifiers, and integration authorization data.

Sharing Information

We may share information only as needed to provide and support the service, including with shipping carriers, postage providers, fulfillment tools, hosting providers, automation providers, payment providers, seller-authorized sales channels, marketplaces, professional advisors, regulators, or other parties when required by law, contract, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect personal information and seller data. These safeguards include HTTPS/TLS for public web and API traffic, role-based access, access limitation by business need, endpoint protection expectations, security monitoring, incident escalation, and restricted handling of credentials, tokens, and secrets.

Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information and seller data only as needed for fulfillment, shipping, inventory, support, billing, tax, accounting, audit, legal, contractual, security, and operational purposes. At the end of the service relationship, we delete, return, or de-identify customer and seller data in our possession when no longer needed, subject to legally required retention, dispute resolution, and normal backup purge cycles.

Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

Sellers, customers, or platform partners may contact us for help with access, correction, update, deletion, or data-request questions. When we process data on behalf of a seller or connected platform, we may coordinate the request with that seller or platform as appropriate.

United States Processing

Small Batch Direct 3PL is based in the United States. For the TikTok Shop integration and related 3PL services, data is intended to be accessed, processed, and stored in the United States unless otherwise required for approved service operations or legal obligations.
